I have never seen it on sale, but you can use 25% off coupons with it. I have one that I mostly use for things like serpentine belts and transmission bolts that are hard to reach. It is very well made and seems like it should be more expensive than it is.

It is very compact even with a long extension and deepwell socket since the head folds right over.

I wouldn't buy a TV bracket from HF. Check out Monoprice.com. I have one of their brackets and it's built really heavy. I have used a lot of their small monitor mounts and swivel bracket at my job with great success too. Here is the bracket I have on my wall:
