That's a different code too. Up to three items now!

EDIT: Or maybe not. The codes won't work together online with three different items in my cart. It will only let me use one. Won't even let me mix a 25% and 20%.

Then the site is working properly. It says right on the coupons on any one item purchased. Then it lists a bunch of stuff the coupon won't work on like tool storage, welders, etc. The 25% off coupon I have also mentions it can't be used with the inside track club membership discounts either.

I found another 25% Off coupon for Dec 11-14... code 25203971.

I have not yet tried it but it looks to be legit. That would make this the 4th 25%er.

I found it by trying to hunt down some sort of shipping break from HB. I don't live close to one (rural Nevada Sierras here), and so driving out for a 1 item per day sale costs more than I could save.

So I have been trying to buy some HB sale tools online, and then use a 25% off code for one of the pricier items. Can conduct one transaction (PO) per day, Dec 11-14, for each 25% code... but the 6.99 shipping *****.

So CHECK THIS OUT. Not only did I find out there's a Dec 18th free shipping day thing going on, but I found that 'nother 25% off code mentioned above ...along with a bunch of others.

Hey cr... the 25% coupon appears to apply to the 1000 lb. Capacity Pittsburgh Motorcycle Lift Item #:68892. Its $700, on sale for $400, and $300 using the coupon (I tried it in my cart.)
I wonder if, waiting until Dec 15th and trying the 50% code that day, it may be obtainable for $200. Now that's not a bad deal.

With few codes, once one gets into the wild they have a hard time knowing if their target audience got it from them or from it being shared. We've all been using the same one for 6 months.

I don't doubt HF will make them more scarce but I do doubt they'll be gone completely. They would rather sell an item at 25% off than keep it in the store. I asked one of the district managers about it specifically when the 25% first showed up. He said the extra 5% doesn't begin to put a dent in his metrics. They just want to know more about how the codes are getting to the store/site to get used. Nowadays, information is more valuable than tangible stuff, and of course much more valuable than HF's tangible stuff.

They would rather sell an item at 25% off than keep it in the store.

One in Parkersburg WV didn't want to sell something that bad, I told them I was 75 miles from home, and didn't know I was going to be near there store, and would they honer the 20% off, (without me having the coupon) he wouldn't do it.
I said "Fine"
And I brought nothing.
Now ya know they had to have a coupon there somewhere they could have scanned.
I think sometimes your better off talking to an employee, than a manager.
I had an Employee slip me a coupon a few times.

Well perhaps I jumped the gun (again) ...per that Dec 18th reference, but I don't think this one's all my fault...

When you click any link on the "FreeShippingDay" site, it takes you to the vendor's page. They host "listings" for all sorts of "participating" retailers.

So I assumed the Dec 18th was a date set for HB freeshipping online because it said it right there on "their" page at FSD, AND when you click it you go right to HB's site..... however, following up on your question I could not implicitly validate that "HB ***offer on Dec 18th".

***Here's what I did find out... "When are the Free Shipping Day offers revealed? All Free Shipping Day offers will be revealed at 12:01 a.m. EST on December 18, 2014."
That's on the FSD site faq page here.

SO ...now we know that... we won't know anything for real until then.
