What is Harbor Freight return police? Bought some items back in October 2014 never used them and forgot about them in the garage took them back with a receipt they said no returns after 90 days. *****. And I didn't want the money back just swap it for something else still they said NO. ***** They don't have that policy in writing no where in the store. Any suggestions my fellow Garage Journal members?

90 days is a pretty generous policy really.

Ebay, craigslist, or the classifieds are the only way you're getting money back by now.

Here is a link to their return policy. I don't have one in front of me, but I believe that the receipt has information on their return policy.

I'm in the market for a jack - home use only for the audi's. tire change, oil change etc etc. Nothing major.

Any good deals at the moment?

The 1.5 ton aluminum racing floor jack is probably all you need, it's small and light but will do the job.

Coupons for $59.99 are always around.

Thanks much!
Pretty sure they've always said something about do not reproduce, or original coupon must presented or something along those lines...

Just got back from HF with my dad. We both used it with no issue.

I copied and printed out the 25% coupon, right from this thread, this morning. Took it to the store, accepted with no problem. She did ask where I got it because it is scarce.

I printed mine from leftyz database site. I used it today in Little Rock AR, no questions asked.

Just keep in mind the steel jack weighs 70 lbs, vs 30-40 for the aluminum versions

It may not matter to you, but if you have to move it around a lot the lighter weight is greatly appreciated, lol.

Used the 25% off today straight off my phone with no issues. They let me use it on the new shelf for the 5 drawer cart if anyone was curious about that.

I picked up the 13 drawer base the other day and filled it! So now I want a side box. What is the best price anyone has seen for it.

$189 I think is the best price I have seen on it. it's not common to see it for that price though, getting a second 13 drawer roller is a more cost effective choice if you need more space and have the room for it.

I found this 20% coupon. I tried it, it did not work. It is a actual harbor freight coupon but it has to be a few years old.

in case you are buying a:

● floor jack
● generator
● compressor
● welder
● tool cart
● tool box

the oft-mentioned 25% coupon excludes those, but this one doesn't!

I paid $179 for the side box this summer. I also bought the
44 at the same time. Spread the two boxes out to use as bases
For an 8' long piece of butcher block. This left a nice open area
To put my feet and legs. Then HD ran a special n the Dewalt box
And it fit great between the two HF boxes. Of corse I painted the Dewalt
Box red before installing

I'm sure a bunch of folks can appreciate your set up. Post a pic of that HF/Dewalt combo in the Dewalt addiction thread. A Dewalt tool box painted RED will be one special Dewalt tool box

Counterfeit coupons?

Is that even possible? The cashier enters the barcode number from the coupon, which tells thier computer/cash register what coupon it is. I don't know how you could make fake the coupons, unless you could program the HF computers to accept them.

HF lets you print your coupons, or just show the image of the coupon on your phone., so there isn't a problem there.

Sure it's possible. Just because the code is valid doesn't mean the paper coupon is real. In this case, someone altered an old coupon with a new valid date and new code. This is not a valid paper coupon.

HF don't have the coupon barcode expire the day the sale ends? :eyecrazy:
If not, that is pretty stupid on their part.

Doesn't work unless you create an account.

actually it does... you just close the little sign in/register box and there you go

but it appears they removed it from the coupon database site because as someone said whoever submitted it altered an older coupon with the updated code... so i'lm going to remove the link
