If you look at the expired coupons there was one back in March for $349.

No stand alone coupon ad in the Sunday paper for months now around here.

The coupons are dwindling, but oftentimes you'll find that the coupons really aren't coupons. They are just advertising their regular prices so unless you have a 20% coupon you aren't saving much if anything.

When they have their huge sales they advertise, go in a few days or weeks prior and take note of the prices. Then realize at the sale the prices are actually the same if not higher . Not a sale when the prices are higher than normal prices LOL.

Haven't been over to HF lately, haven't had the money and gas prices are creeping back up so trips will be even less often. Haven't had any reason to go over, and the prices have been off the wall so there's really no need to drive 30 miles one way to get something I can buy in town for a few bucks more and not have to burn up so much gas for the same foreign made tool LOL.

Anyone get a magazine that has coupons for different stuff? I get mine from the Sunday paper & Car Craft, I was looking through a motorcycle magazine & found more bike related coupons that I didn't know existed.

Absolutely, and Family Handyman will have a bunch of coupons exclusive to it. And the prices are different everywhere you look.

I dont even care about the ads now as when I got them, I would see if they could be added...but theyre either already there or the exp date is farther out than mine.

I now only take my phone into the store with the pictures of the coups I need

I saw on a another forum that a guy said his latest mailer had a 20% off coupon with no exclusions. He never posted a scan though. Has anybody else seen this? I'm looking to buy two things with predator engines on them.

That's incorrect. The coupon on the front cover with no details has no barcode and refers you to the back page where the actual coupon with the normal restrictions is located.

YMMV. I've had cashiers at the same store handle it differently, even the same cashier depending on how busy they were.

Usually I can just read it to them. But I have been asked to show them the phone and they zoomed in, read the fine print and exp date themselves, and then typed the code.

I've never much cared since I have it ready on my screen anyhow. But YMMV if you don't have a viewable picutre.
