There is a coupon out now for $89.99 on this kit

Its virtually the same tool as the AC DELCO ARS1214

A 2 battery kit on Amazon is $150 An xtra battery (without any possible discounts) at HF is another $24.99.

I have pretty much made up my mind to try it, never could bring myself to pay the Milwaukee price for their similar unit

Them pricks not my day today at all with HF.


I went for that 12v cordless polisher this afternoon, the inventory showed 3.

Cashier sent some boy out back to fetch one he came back claimed he couldn't find any. The lazy cashier then just said to me we don't have any. WTF I made them give me a 30 day rain check for the price as the coupon for $89.99 expires next weekend and I don't know if I be back to store before then or if they are "restocked"

So instead of an entirely wasted trip I did get one of the 3/8" swivel head ratchets with 20% and one the mini 2 1/2" swivel vises there was some recent threads about. Had my ITC coupon for $2.00 off. Still I had to fight for the proper discounts she kept saying the computer would only give the 20% on the vise (and **** my $2.00 off coupon) and was ringing up the ratchet at full price. I said no you apply the 20% to ratchet and take the $2.00 off the vise for a savings of another $4.00 plus the xtra sales tax.

I was really surprised to the BS as my newer store has been pretty good since they opened but today it was all new help (and didn't see a single manager around anywhere either) :dunno:

After the Grand Opening Funding ends, all the extra help is cut back and the few replacements are just there for the job. Not customer service.

When the nearest Big Blue Box opened, all the corporate personnel were in the store. After they left, the local help was about useless.

I got a flyer this week saying $439, down from $499. on the 44 x 22 double bank extra deep cabinets. Coupon code is 17406545, limit 2, valid to 7/31/19.

Shows two different red part numbers, three blue and black, and one green, yellow or orange. Someone posted info about the difference on some of these which I think involved newer models with better features of some kind.

Let me know if you need a pic and I will try to post one.

These were $449 down to $399 at the spring parking lot sale I think. Could be affected by the tariffs I suppose.

The 25% coupons I received - one in-store when they did the Mother's Day sale, one a sticker on a catalog I just received in the mail - are not inside track club coupons, they are just regular coupons for any customer.

Went to harbor freight this morning to exchange a Pittsburgh flat tip screwdriver that broke on me while I was abusing it during a caliper rebuilt

The guy at the register was a bit of an *** and said that Pittsburgh carries a 90 day warranty and I was over that. True, I was, but according to the site the handheld tools are lifetime warranty. He said sorry and told me I could buy a new one.


So I bought a new $1.99 screwdriver (Pittsburgh Pro - phenomenal screwdrivers) and will be returning the old, broken one next week to the other store by my job with the new receipt.

I didn't want to make a big deal at the store for $1.99 but I truly felt like the guy was just being a D---) for no real reason. Whatever...

I picked up the box today at $439. The side locker goes on sale in June according to the girl.

I should have no trouble fitting all of this into the new box

Good luck with the box. A friend bought a blue one at the parking lot sale early this year. I had not seen one up close (there is no HF very close to me, although they opened a new one closer recently) and it seemed really nice.

Which part number did you get (I think there are 3 for black)? I have to admit I was fascinated by the thread that I posted that discussed the different part numbers and the subtle differences between the boxes.

I've been extremely happy with my old original 44" top, bottom and side drawer unit from 2005. I was thinking about upgrading to the new series 2 because they are 22" deep now and could use just a little more space to better organize my stuff. I like the glossy finish vs my dull, matte finish as well. Wife said she would ok the upgrade if I got the green. Not really a green person, but it would be a nice change. I don't understand why they don't put all the pieces on sale at the same time like they used to. Then again, I was able to buy mine with a 20% coupon on each piece before they stopped doing that. If anyone sees the top and side coupons for the 44", please post them or PM me.
