Does anyone know how often HF ads come out, or the likeleness that we will get new coupons in the next week or so? Need to buy a 22hp predator engine before too long.

Go to www.harborfreight.com and sign up!...... Just be prepared for the daily bombardment emails along with the weekly "everything must go tool disposal notice" emails you will get.

BTW! I just looked at the latest catalog mailer that I received last week and the 22HP horizontal shaft Predator engine is $749.99.

Is there an easy to browse list of the different "free" coupons HF has had even if expired? I am just curious about all the different stuff they have given away. Seems like the current free stuff is kind of meh.

There's this https://www.hfqpdb.com/gallery/free
These are all the free items I can remember, only thing missing is the magnetic tool rack.

That list shows tape measure, flashlight, moving blanket, multi-meter, pickup and reach tool, tarp, headlamp, microfiber cloths, 2a batteries, 4" magnetic bowl, work-light, screwdriver set, 6 in 1 screwdriver, and wall mount flip light.

I have also seen free gloves (though not for a while) and the 6" magnetic bowl was free a few months back. also zipties, fly swatter, scissors, power strip, utility knife, funnels, 50' poly rope, 12" bar clamp(though not for a long time), 6pack of elastic stretch cords, magnetic tool holder, and magnetic bit holder.

guess I should have just done a google image search to begin with.

Good memory; good list. I need more free bar clamps. Also never got the funnels. I'll look that one up.

Wish I would of remembered to use the 30% off coupon this early july more. I forgot the get the plastic interior prying tools and a thing or two else under $10.

I'm thinking the tan set is more useful for dash/console panel removal on Fords.

this too I should of got for connectors. https://www.harborfreight.com/85-gram-super-lube-grease-cartridge-93744.html

I burned through the 30% coupon several times over. Like a week straight of daily visits for all sorts of stuff. Thought I was done then they released the new magnetic toolbox accessories in all the colors so I had to hit two stores to find all of those.

Also, Superlube is probably one of the best greases ever made. We use it at work on our machinery, I use it at home for all sorts of uses and it makes a great ratchet lube for the under 80 tooth ratchets. 80T and up doesn't like it in my experience though.

Every time I load this thread and see that 13 drawer roller cab for $349 I wish it was 2011 again!

Thanks for the heads up on the mag toolbox acc, should have taken advantage over the 4th but like my buddy says, the next sale is always just a week away!

I use that stuff on EVERYTHING. Ive also bought the napa version of it and it works well also.

Ended up buying a grease gun and a tube of the superlube to use on suspension parts... Mostly sway bar bushings if theyre greaseable.

Just stopped by to pickup of a hardwood dolly and the new "huge parking lot sale" flyer for August 16, 17, 18 has the 44" cabinet at $429.99 which is $10 cheaper than the current coupon. Now I just need to decide if I want to wait and grab the 44" for $430 or the 56" for $650...

Not a fan of the 56" bottom myself. Too many deep drawers which leads to wasted space. I just sold my 44" series 1 with side drawers and got the 72" bottom. I fit almost all of the 44" in the bottom alone. It was tough for me to convert from using the top for ratchets and sockets to the big drawer on the 72", but I'm getting used to it.

A coupon from HFT of a different sort, my class action lawsuit giftcards, and a prudent sale-price offer gave me >1/3-off for this:

https://www.harborfreight.com/omnip...0240-volt-input-63621.html?_br_psugg_q=vulcan

I already got ruded-out by another GJ member for purchasing this with my class action settlement payout. He doesn't approve of the class-action process, evidently, and apparently has no-love for HFT either. He should read Aesop's fable about sour-grapes. :spit:

I already used one but the store near my house was out of the pliers wracks so I will hit up the one near my work tomorrow. I did pick up the magnetic paper towel holder and a couple other items though.

Picked up a second towel holder for the tool box, 3 rolls of towels and another box of gloves with this 30%. They should just make all coupons limit of 5 instead of 1. They know people are making multiple trips to use them. Save the hassle.

I'm pissed I just saw this. I've been waiting for the 18" magnetic tool bars to go on sale again so I can get all my hand tools up again. Maybe I'll hit a couple stores when I wake up in 6 hrs. I'll drag the wife along LOL

I got a free 1 year of membership when I bought my 56" box earlier this year, and I have yet to use a single coupon that they've offered - the pricing doesn't seem to be that much if any better than the regular coupons...

I got it to save $10 on the 5 drawer cart side tray. Thought there would be more deals. Nothing else had been any thing I need or want. It's a waste really.

Some of their member coupons are posted on hfqpdb; and i used them with no membership. It was small things like nitrile gloves. So definitely never worth it.

Maybe old news here but just went into HF today to pick up the Chief Pneumatic Air Grinder and they wouldn't let me use to 20% off coupon. Came up as a brand exclusion, even tho the fine print doesn't list 'Chief' as one of the excluded brands.

Was going to pick that up along with the cutoff tool by Chief but not if I can't use the coupon. Anyone know the magic words to say to the cashier/manager to get this thru?

Never heard of chief but I am not a HF regular. All these new " brands" are getting annoying though. I would have had them try a few different 20% coupons with different codes?

I believe Pittsburgh is the only "brand" the coupons still work on unless Chicago and Central Pneumatic are still around. Their new brand name scheming is getting cumbersome.

Hmmm, took this advice here and applied the new codes I found at hfqpdb.com to my online cart and all the 20% off coupons worked. I must have been using an expired coupon, strange that the cashier uttered the words 'brand exclusion' tho. Going to head back in the AM and check. Those Chief air tools seem solid (although still made in Taiwan).

Just a heads up if ya'll are looking for a cheap pole saw, the $10 off any Portland product coupon http://www.hfqpdb.com/coupons/10_percent_off_1564002051.6823.jpg works on the pole saw even though it is part of the 3-day parking-lot sale. making it only $39 (at least it was working as of this morning when I used it) may not be the greatest tool but reviews show it works and is probably safer than being on a ladder or duct taping a recip saw to a pool strainer pole.

Unless it was updated very recently, that app hasn't worked in awhile. It was hfqpdb and they stopped supporting it, at least for android.

I'm not sure about the support, but both are available and both worked for me a couple of days ago:

"Coupons for Harbor Freight Tools" by G2018 Studio rated 4.7 in the Playstore

The other one is not available (to the best of my knowledge) in the Google playstore, you have to use a phone browser and go to https://www.hfqpdb.com/android-app/install.html ... and download the app. current version is v1.7.5.

disclaimer...make sure you have anti virus software on your phone before downloading any apps from unknown sources.
