i ended up ordering one of those side storage lockers in store around the end of april. I just received it last week. I used a 20 percent off coupon when i purchased it, and by the time they called me last they offered me an additional 25% off.
Sure enough, after waiting the 3 months to get it, it came in damaged. I ended up getting it for 100$.
I know not everyone will have that same story when it comes to buying one, but I just wanted to share my experience.

Chances are slim that a 20% off coupon not listing Titanium will be accepted. It falls under welders and welders have been excluded as long as I can remember. Your best bet would be to pick one up in a Parking lot sale. I got a Vulcan pro tig 200 at one for $200 that was missing the torch and and 120 plug. Not a problem for me since I run my welders on 220 and I have torches.
Currently there is an open box Titanium Plasma cutter on ebay for $610.38 shipped. It is missing the torch. Theres a Chicago Electric Welding 84808 plasma cutter in what looks like a sealed box for under $400
I bought the older model 60767 Chicago Electric plasma cutter in a sealed box on ebay a few years back for $440 shipped. It works great. I also bought a Chicago Electric Welding 165a 98233 TIG/MMA 220v Inverter Welding new in a box for for $133 shipped. I modded it to have a foot pedal.
The newer version with a pedal is on clearance currently for $349.97. I think it was originally $399 and maybe $369 with a coupon so not that big a markdown yet.
There are always deals on these.

Occasionally on what used to be mail out ad books they would have discounts of about 100 to 50/60 dollars off depending on the size. If you are looking for big boxes then the 72 and 56 usually go with 100 dollars off, smaller ones 50 if I remember correctly. The catch is they no longer mailout the catalogs.
