My personal email associated with my ITC membership didnt get a single use coupon, but my work email got a 20% off. Weird.
So starts my ICON addition to the tool box. $7 after 30% off

These that are targeted to individuals (not everyone) are marked single use and they seem to be that way. Several people tried last time and they came up as already used. I asked the cashier and he said he really didn't know as there were so few coupons now he hadn't seen enough to say one way or the other.

Anyone have any ideas when tool cabs will go on sale again? I was in there the other day and wow, they've climbed in price. I just signed a lease for industrial space for my fabrication business and will need a couple cabs at the shop.
I went to a local scratch & dent shop (amusingly enough, literally next door to my local HF) and they had a couple Home Depot cabs that were about $50 off retail. Not exactly worth it!

Its really anyone's guess but major holidays sometimes, Easter and fathers day are kinda the next in line.
The scratch and dent guys often hunt for clearance at lowes and HD and then mark it a little under retail and then will "give you a deal". Guys would make the rounds when I worked for Lowes. One guy gave me the "I need a bigger one for my garage" story and was trying to get me drop the clearance price lower and was very persistent. The look on his face changed when I told him I recognized his picture from his Facebook ads about his store with multiple listings for tool chests still in the box.

The store I just went to was priced so close to retail that I didn't even bother inquiring. There was a 66" Husky lower priced at $750 when a brand-new one is $798 and a Milwaukee 36" combo tagged at $800 with a retail of $895.
There might have been some decent deals elsewhere in the store but that just soured me. If I'm going to spend close to retail I'll just pony up the extra bit to get it forked onto my trailer still in the box and with a warranty.

I picked up another 44" lower cabinet, received a 25% coupon, so that brought it down to $450. Not the best price, I guess, but the best I've seen lately. I got the last red one in Oklahoma City, the rest were pre-sold, so I guess others felt it wasn't too bad a deal either. The newer 44" is deeper, 22" vs the 18" of my older one. Funny though, because I think the top cabinet is the same price as the old ones from several years ago. Maybe another coupon will come along and I can pickup the top cabinet. Don't need it yet, but then I've bought many things I didn't "need".

Needing a 44” unit. Curious how people are getting the 25% coupon? They seem to have gotten way more expensive
Its kinda hit and miss it seems, some get 15%, some 20%, some 25% and others get none. I'm totally guessing here but I would figure there system has some algorithm based on your purchases and sends them out to lure you back. Two options you have to better your odds are setting up multiple accounts with different emails (wife's, kids, work, etc) and deal with the added spam, or some will post asking if another member has one they don't plan to use and see if they will PM it to you.

These single use coupons can only be used one time by one person. Let's share these by PM so nobody gets stuck trying to use an expired coupon.I won't be using this!
With that said, if anyone has any of these coupons they are not going to use, I'm building an Icon set and would use it. Please PM me. Thanks!

Found it ironic I bought a jack the other week..exchanged it for the longer reach one (all retail pricing BTW)..

Considering Tariffs and the crazy increase on shipping from China, its a wonder they can even put them on sale. My local store got in a truckload of all sorts of tool storage items last week. The carts were stacked 2 high in their storage area and along wall at checkout. Guess they were getting ready for the sale.
The one I bought Saturday had a quality control issue. I took the drawers out to lift it into the frame. The bottom inside lip of the main housing was not fully painted. The front lip that would have required to pivot the sprayer down 90 degrees was bare and showed a light amount of flash rust. One side lip was barely painted. The other side had a full coat. Easy enough to fix as color matching doesn't matter. Assuming one thought to look down there.
I picked up a black Yoga mat from Walmart for 8.99 to use on the top and for the bottom storage area. It has a nice texture and 3mm thick.

Makes me happy that I swooped up a cart for $150 when I did but makes me sad that I didn't buy another since I could use a second one now.
