There is another one you can download from the playstore called HF Coupons. The icon looks like the attached photo. I usually use it to scroll thru the coupons and the other one that Meursault74 posted to search with a specific item number.

I used my 25% off coupon yesterday at my local store to buy me the 44" US General Roller ;) Plan to get the 26 topper later on. they did not have any orange in stock (had a black and a blue), and said they could order it and i could pick it up when it arrived. so i paid and ordered it got 25% off, and went on my way.

hoping another 25% no exclusions comes out soon or a deal onto the 26" top box.

I shop there sparingly, but i do get the random emails for deals and the new tool tuesday emails.

I have carefully stayed away from the HF bashing but today I turned the corner. I've been waiting for this air compressor to go on sale and now it's a clearance item and what I consider to be a good price. At first they said it isn't on sale...so I went home to find the sale price and then found it on the phone and went back. First the manager tried to say it was an online price only, then I said well why would it tell me it's in stock in this store right below the price? So then he said he had two of them and that it rings up a penny cheaper than the price I had shown them on my phone. So as they are in the process of bringing one to the front....the cashier says there is a 20% restocking fee if I return it for any reason. I said even if it's dead right out of the box? She said yes. I said that is ridiculous and walked out. Being a clearance item and soon to not be available any longer made me leery of counting on the 90 day warranty doing me any good and the only option would be to get my money back less the 20%.
I then thought about an online purchase but that has a $90 plus shipping charge addition plus the ever present "lift gate charge may apply" who knows how much that is.

....forget it I'm
done with them!

sorry 'bout the venting.
:mad::mad:🤬🤬🤬

Not really a hot deal or a coupon but I just left my local harbor freight and got a pallet jack for 20% off. It has been the display in the store for several months and the store never had one to sell. Tried to buy the display a couple times and was told to they couldn't sell it. They now have a new one in that looks identical but is Franklin instead of haul master. So if you're somebody like me that's been trying to buy one for months and they are unavailable locally to you, you might be able to actually get one.

Anyone know if these coupons can be used more than once per day via a different store or is it linked to your phone number?

These codes pretty much rule out boxes and carts, but I wonder if it works on a hutch or stainless top for my icon. It doesn't rule out icon, but it does say in stock only. So is icon in stock if it's ordered?

These aren't linked to a phone number. I've used them more than once per day at different stores, even the same store but I'll go to a different cashier. But for the 2nd coupon use I just don't give em my phone number. I don't know if their system does anything if you do try giving your phone number for the additional purchases.

I’ve used those coupons multiple times the same day, even with the same cashier, always gave my phone number. Never had a problem.
Really it depends on the employee & I think the system does nothing (as you have confirmed). I once had a cashier tell me I couldn't use a 20% 2 times in day (she remembered me). Ever since that, I'll go to a different cashier or a different store and never give my phone number for the additional purchases just to avoid the hassle.

I've also had a cashier tell me I could only buy 5 items for the 30% off $10< coupon. Techinally the coupon does say 5 item limit but the system will apply it for more than 5 items. That was just one time that it happened & everytime I try to buy more than 5 items when needed I haven't had a problem. Usually the cashier just scans away & doesn't care.

Got me another magnetic towel holder today with the 20% coupon. Going back Monday to use the 25% coupon.

Well damnit, the towel holder isn't deep enough to holder a new roll of pig mats. I didn't even think to check that with my other one. Oh well, I'm keeping it, I'm sure I'll find a use for it or just wait till my pig mat roll gets small enough to fit (I don't use them much though so it may take a while).

Do you have to print the 25% coupon on paper, or can you show it on your phone?
Thanks
No need to print them anymore. HF actually sent out emails years ago stating showing coupons from phone is fine. ust be sure the bar code and/or coupon number is there. In the past sometimes when saving the coupon to phone as a file the bar code would be a separate pic. Just screenshot if that happens.

I was so excited when I saw the 20 and 25% coupons. But then I read the exclusions. Can't use it for carts. So there goes my dream of getting a better deal on the hydraulic lift cart. The thing is hardly in stock so I doubt I they will ever put out a dedicated coupon for it.

I was planning on using it on a hydraulic lift "table", never thought of it as a cart until now. Does anyone know for sure if the current coupon excludes it?

Your "dream" may not be crushed. Back when I got my lift cart the coupons said the same thing. Although it just says "cart" usually it mean tool carts. Coupon worked for me on my lift cart. Things could have changed these days but it doesn't hurt to try.

Easy way to check is go online, add item to cart, then enter in coupon # to see if it applies. If it does then you are good in store. But the lift carts are in store purchase items only so can't check them on their website.

I just checked and the website does indeed call it a "cart"

Yeah they are called carts but again when I got mine the coupon said the same thing & I was able to use the coupon, system did not reject it. I even asked an employee before going to the register & they told me the same thing, that it would work on the lift carts as they are not considered tool carts.

Things could have changed since then but I would just go to the store & try. Doesn't hurt to try, well unless HF is far from you.

Thanks for the advice. The only thing is that they coupons may have changed in the past year or two. The new coupon also says no compressors. I bought my big harbor freight air compressor back in 2018 with a monthly coupon and it worked fine. Unfortunately I can't try the coupon online (or I would have earlier just to make sure) because they aren't in stock. I'd have to drive to a store. And the closest store that has one in stock is 100 miles away.

Hope everyone is enjoying their memorial day weekend coupons... quick question with ITC membership do you still have to present the coupons? My local HF used to automatically apply the coupons which was in my mind one of the best perks of membership. The last two times I went there was no love with the ITC membership and its super embarrassing to get rung up and then fumble with one's phone for a coupon when there is a super long line...

The 20 ton press is listed at 199 from 249... I will see if I can use the 20% coupon for it. It says it cannot be combined with any other discounts, so it might not work. I also remember when these would be attainable for 159ish after 20% off. Even know I go back and forth between buying it... I have a few uses in mind, but there is a high chance it mostly ends up collecting dust and taking up some real estate

Even at full price the hyd. table is worth every penny. I have the 1000k model and it's great. Hope you get lucky with the coupon.

I am hoping to use my 25% coupon for a Bauer cordless grease gun. I hope it doesn't end up unused since everything I own seems to use a different grease.

Agreed. I liked the 500lb model so much, I also bought the 1000lb. I was lucky enough to find both listed for sale used and in great shape which helped me justify the purchase. If can, go with the 1000lb model up front, worth the extra cost. You will find uses for it quickly and it is nice knowing it can handle a higher limit with ease

The 1000lb lift table is probably my favorite HF purchase ever, and was able to use a coupon a few years ago. It raises enough that I can slide stuff right out of my pickup and have used it for all kinds of things. I used it recently for a bunch of cement bags, it was perfect for both unloadin, temporary storage, and to roll where I needed.

Go to your closest store and ask for a raincheck for the coupon price. I've had luck doing that before. Gives you 30 days to get one for the coupon price at whatever store you want happens to have it in stock.

I'm pretty sure if the item doesn't get restocked in 30 days if you go in before the raincheck expires they will give you another. It's been a while since I got a raincheck so YMMV. Since we're sharing receipts...

Do they ever have coupons that would work on a 72" triple bank roller cabinet? I remember the good coupon days when one of these was $999...and now they list for $1,599.99 :(

HF 72" Triple Bank Roller Cabinet
yes, just a couple months ago they had a 20% off, no exclusions coupon. I used my new HF credit card for an extra 10% to buy the 56 inch chest for $620 and then paid off the cc in full a couple days later.
