Last week, I drove to the new HF location that is "close" to me ("only" 40 minutes away). I bought the welding cart item #65939.

Got it for $39.99 with an ITC coupon.
After getting it home and unboxed, I found one of the wheels was terribly bent. Instead of driving all the way back to the store, I called the 1-800 # and explained my situation. After getting some info from me off of my receipt, the very courteous HF rep gave me a confirmation # and told me that a new wheel is on the way, free of charge.
This is not the first time that I've had an issue with a HF item (shocking, I know
) but each time, the customer service has been top notch, the rep has been very polite and my issue has always been quickly and painlessly resolved.
For a retailer of cheap goods, I find HF's customer service to be far better than one might expect.
