Harbor freight damaged items

What is everyone's experience w harbor freight and finding items damages once unpacked especially the tool chests? I ask as I purchased a 26 16 drawer set today and the bottom is damaged some, but the top is horrible. Do they just have you play roulette or do they offer some money back/off?

I'm sure it depends on the manager. I bought the same set with a huge dent and he offered me $50 off. He said they sell easily at that. They gave me a new one, he said its actually rare they are dented... the replacement was mint.

I have the 44" and it was perfect out of the box.

As long as you have the receipt, youll never have an issue

they used to be spectacular. the last time I was in I didn't have a reciet. the lady was really pushing I should of purchased the extended warrenty.

Just get a new one and unpack on sight..

They will sell the dented one for a discount..

Both of my 44s were perfect. I opened them in the bed of my truck before leaving to make sure.

They'll exchange it with the receipt and sell the damaged ones or less.
