Harbor Freight General Pro - swapping drawer locations

Has anyone tried to swap the drawer locations, to restack the sizes in a different configuration? These are 56" US General Pro 2 boxes (as best as I can tell, no different than Gen 1 so answer should be the same). I would have thought the answer obvious but 1) could not get a hex wrench to fit (is it my eyesight?) and 2) unclear if the toolbox holes are threaded or there is a blind nut.

just a thought, could they be pop type rivets holding the guides on?

Could be. That would kind of ****, but obviously I could deal with that. Just wondering if anyone has played with this.

I think (?) I remember someone on here saying they could not be swapped. At least not in the traditional sense.

Yeah the drawer mechanisms are pop riveted into the box. You can probably punch them out and reconfigure them.
