Agreed, makes tire rotations much easier, on my 2000 ram 1500 and my 16 jeep Cherokee

That crossbeam and their 3-ton low profile jack are what I use to lift the front end of my Crown Victoria. Had them for at least 5 years now, absolutely great.

The crossbeam is adjustable and pretty versatile.

Oddly enough, I bought one of those 2-3 years ago and have yet to actually use it.

Do you have to remove the saddle off the jack before installing the cross beam? The cross beam goes in place of the saddle?

Anyone used one on a Daytona yellow or orange? Will it fit?

Correct. That is why I don't think it works with the Daytona jacks but I'm not positive.

Hmmm, any chance someone with one can post an image of the bottom where it attaches to the jack? Is there a post that goes down in a hole where the saddle goes? If so, what diameter is it?

If somebody is using a Yellow Daytona, there's a bolt that holds the saddle on; in which case, the cross beam would need to have a hole instead of a post.

Yeah that's what I'm hoping it has a hole and not a post. I have a transmission jack adapter that has a ~1-1/4" - 1-1/2" post on the bottom that's meant to fit down in a hole on a lot of jacks, but no way to make it work with the Daytona. I was hoping this cross beam wouldn't be the same.

The picture of the crossbeam looks like it has a bolt that holds it on. Seems like it might be doable with a Yellow Daytona (no idea about the orange as it has a different/smaller saddle), but I'd need to see exactly how it mounts. It'd be nice if HF had pictures of the bottom of it on their site so people might be able to tell if it might work with their jack or not.

I use one with their 3 ton low profile jack. It's great for lifting the front of my Nissan Frontier, but when lifting it from the side for tire rotations it does groan and flex a little.

You still got your Yellow Daytona? How's it working out for you?

So far it's a beast. Been used quite a bit. No issues so far. Didn't you get one too?

Hoping to find more info, pics of how this crossbeam thing attaches to a jack. Looking in the reviews it seems it fits some pittsburgh models and not others.

Not mine, but ran across this YouTube vid with views of how it attaches:

FWIW this weekend Harbor Frieght has a 25% off coupon available on their website, (usual exclusions apply) so it drops to $33ish or so:

I'll look to snag a picture and measurements tomorrow, but, there is a bolt of sorts that holds the crossbeam to the jack.

I've looked at these in the HF store. They seem well made, but I wonder if the pads have enough elevation adjustment to clear a typical pumpkin. I have an ancient Weaver floor jack. I need to scrape off the muck and see how the saddle attaches to determine if this cross beam could be made to work. I don't nind doing a little cutting and welding on the cross beam if needed.

Does anyone know the hold down bolt diameter? It looks pretty large, maybe 1"?

Here's the pads at max elevation. I don't think they will fit under a differential.

Had to buy one to lift the back of my 2015 Mustang. IRS rear, cannot lift the entire weight of the car on the center section. It was a real PITA since it worked great for the back of the car. But to lift the front, I had to take it off.

Steeda came out with jacking rails that bolt under the rockers that designed to lift the car very easily. Best $125 non-performance mod I've done. Sold the cross beam to a coworker for $20.

Yeah, I use it for my truck then have to put the saddle back on to work on the lady's vehicle. I'd buy another jack to put it on permanently but then the jack won't tuck away in a corner.

I did but I haven't used it yet. It's still in the living room. I was dusting it off today with my special microfiber cloth. :D

Has anyone used this for any other purpose such as lowering suspension, differential, engine, heavy furniture, etc?
