I'm not sure if this goes in this folder or under the Flooring. Does anyone have and know the exact height (when down) of this Motorcycle Lift from Harbor Freight?

Their Web site says "7" minimum, 33" maximum platform height" but I want to be sure. I'm thinking about trying to install it in the concrete floor before they pour it so I have to know the exact height.

Thanks for the help,
Gary

Thanks for the reply. I do have a HF in my area but they don't have any in.

You may want to have one so you have the exact measurements Not familiar with this product but many items from China vary quite a bit. Also you may want to create a lip (at the top) when you pour your slab just in case you have to cut it to fit! Good Luck!

When you say you want to install it "in" the concrete, I assume you are going to frame out a recess in final elevation of the floor and then you are going to set the lift in the "well" that you have created? The only other suggestion I would have is to frame it deeped...say 8" and then you can shim it up to be level with the floor.

Good idea but personally I would be more than a little leery of building anything permanent around something from Harbor Freight. Once the lift dies Harbor Freight will have changed the supplier to something different.

Like previous post, China suppliers, and their dims and specs change all the time.
"specifications subject to change". I would order the lift and measure the one you receive and frame your concrete opening to the actually lift that arrives. That way you are sure of what you gots, fits what you pours...
