Ok, well I thought what the heck, its $30 with the coupon I had, so I bought one of the Harbor Freight Mighty Mite 4" table saws. First off, its small, but its pretty heavy considering its size. The problem I found is that there's really no way to clamp it or otherwise secure it to anything. So, over the past few days I've been trying to come up with a way to make it more useable. here's what I came up with. Bear in mind its a $30 saw, and I didn't want to put too much into it and come up with a solution that cost more than the saw
