Harbor Freight Mini Toolboxes Sale?

I was thinking of getting the H/F mini toolboxes for the grandkids. I see they are $19 now. Do they ever go on sale, or do they offer a coupon that can be applied to the purchase of these?
If someone sees these on sale, can they post it here?

They were on sale for around $16 at Christmas. Haven't seen a price that low since.

They've been going on sale pretty regularly the last few months. If your an ITC member, you'll have a better chance of getting a coupon for it like when they do 30% off $20 or less.

The original colors (Red, Black, Blue) have been going on sale for $13 instead of the $16 for the newer colors.

Give up on the $3 savings, purchase the toolbox, and enjoy it. Life is too short to wait around for trivial "savings".
