We really can't see what's going on inside an enclosed trailer unless we install some security cameras to monitor the sitution. He should of tied it down better, plain and simple.

Its not that bad any way, a bit of spray paint and it'll be fine.

And here I watched the video thinking the pallet jack would fail and drop or knock over a toolbox.....ruining it. Instead there is a little paint scratch and maybe slight crease that Dent Wizard could probably get out.

Moving high value equipment:

Nothing goes down the road while on casters-block the piece up.
Nothing but nothing only gets a single strap-double up.
Furniture pads=cheap insurance, you need more than you think. No strap or buckle ever touches the equipment directly.
Learn to push a pallet jack- handle should be vertical- keeps you closer to the piece- you can reach out and steady it if needed.
Those two guys need to be schooled.
