Harbor Freight Shipping

Wanted to see if anybody else has ordered from HF in the past few weeks and has had something shipped.

I ordered a few items 3 weeks ago and still no shipping confirmation. Sent customer service an email and 3 days later, received a form email saying if my inquiry was regarding shipping to please be patient.

Probably just go ahead and cancel the order but wanted to see if anybody else has placed any orders with HF and actually received anything recently.

My jack order took about a week to get shipped.

Depending on warehouse location everything is severely delayed or just plain on hold. Doesn't matter if you're trying to order PPE or a new pair of socks. Even the stores are having trouble getting stock.

I have ordered a few times, and had the ship things. They are slow even in normal times.
You will get your things tho.

I've got two orders with HF. Both are exactly seven days old.
One is still in "pending" status.
The other has a tracking # that is two days old that has yet to be picked up by FedEx.
It just says "Shipment information sent to FedEx".

Slow shipping with HF isn’t new.

Ordered from them twice before I quit using them because of slow service.

Harbor Freight isn't known for their fast shipping. They charge for shipping, so they obviously want you to go visit their brick and mortar stores.

Same here, part of my order arrived a couple days ago but the remainder of my >3 week old order is shipping from Dillon SC today. The ETA estimate is tomorrow, so did HF pay for expedited shipping? Granted that could get backed off, I wouldn't mind that, just wanted to be aware of what was going on.
