A close friend that has used one for years. He tells me that it works okay for occasionally changing lawn tractor, small trailer, or wheelbarrow tires.

I've had this one:http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=34542 from HF for years and actually
just used it yesterday to put a tube in a 22x11.00-8 Dixie Chopper mower tire.
For what it is it works fine and although I do use it on car tires too, the majority of what it sees is golf cart and mower tires. Seems to me that I paid
closer to the price for the one you listed though...

Do a search on youtube and you'll find some instructional videos on using these. It will pay for it self after a few usage. :)

if its anything like the car version it is a bear to use but works. Best to have something very solid to mount it to!

I have had mine for several years. I use it probably 99% of the time for motorcycle tires. I like it. Have done a few smaller tires. No car tires. I have mine set up to bolt to the floor when I need it. My small 21X21 garage really doesn't allow a permanent spot. I reapir motorcycles out of my garage so I usually have 3 or 4 bikes in there at any time. Floor space is valuable.

I have one and have never had a chance to use it. I even have the motorcycle tire adaptor. Mine is the larger style in the second link. Make me an offer.
