Signed up by e-mail over four months ago to receive their flyer. May have been even longer. Call today to try to sign up again by phone. They let me speak to some foreigner that can barely speak english. Mind u im a country boy from the south and i prob sound as if i can barely speak it to...lol Well that was very interestimg to say the least. I told him how long it had been and he tell me well it takes at least 30 days 45 at the most. I explain to him its neen longer than that but he keeps telling me the same thing. Then i break down the. Math for him and he still doesnt understand. Finally just had to hang up on the guy cause after ten minutes he still hadnt got it. Not sure whats going on there but reallu makes me wonder about there customer service. Sorry guys just had to rant abit.

Yep, the global economy is good for everyone. Pretty soon Snap-on is going to be outsourcing calls to india, they are still waiting for the "GLOBAL" stamps to come back from the die shop for their ratchets and pliers.

All tools from all tool companies are now made in "GLOBAL" and will be marked as such.

had the same problem and it turned to a 6 wk. llooonnnngggg talk to just get some parts that we (my wife & i) were trying to get. i stopped into the HF up in Dothan, Alabama the next visit to my doc. and told him the problem and what we were trying to get done. they called two wk. later with the parts and at no charge. sometime its not the person you talk to but the way you talk to the person & people that the point gets accross.
