IF YOU DONT MIND WAITING 7-10 DAYS Before it shipps.
Think of it as a EBAY Purchase Due to the time factor.
We live in a "throw away" society these days, Why pay more at this level.
Want more get Dewalt.

We have one a couple of doors down from where I work. Do you have any idea if you can order in store and get the same pricing? I could carry in part #'s.

Wow, will have to remember to look at this again. would like to see some reviews on this stuff. The savings wouldn't be worth it if the stuff is absolute junk. did you actually purchase these items?

The link works when i click it, you cant see it ? odd

It's up now. It was down for a few minutes. i went ahead and purchased a few things. Flap discs, drill bits, nail puller. My expectations are about the level of comparable HF stuff. We will see! I also grabbed a $9 trim router (cheaper than HF and i wanted one to play with) and i noticed the screwdriver set is identical to the popular HF Pittsburgh orange/green handles. I didn't order them though. Thanks to the OP and welcome to the site! I've never stepped foot in a Lumber Liquidator. are these tools normally on the shelf??

IF it is absolute "junk" (keep in mind what comes out of HF)
I dont know, I haven't received my order yet. But when my order arrives ill be glad to post pics of them on here.

I figure its the same manf. of HF "Drill master" and "Chicago electric" line.
Spec and design seem almost identical and if you were in the $$ market for something in the drill master line why spend $22.99 when you can spend $7 ,Thats allot better than 25% off for something in that line up.
I Gave LL a Try.
Bought 4 items with shipping by fedexx for 50$ from LL , At HF that would have been $100+
Doesn't seem like a shady company at all and there local.

In for the air hose reel and the 15 gauge finish nailer ($25.99) for store pickup. Ill let everyone know what it is like when I get it. I had good luck with the nailers from HF as long as I didn't use HF nails so we will see what this one is like.

I just went into their brick and mortar store. They only had a 4ft 2 sided display. Everything else is order in. They only get a truck every two weeks so it could be a while depending on when you order. The stuff looked like the same product lines as HF. Some things where priced less. Some were priced quite a bit higher. I was able to order a hose reel into the store from the counter person. Same price as online with no shipping charges.

There IS a level below HF, trust me. I'm not saying this stuff is it (I have no idea) but there are tools crappier than HF. Homier is one. Seriously. Most of HF's stuff is passable for what it claims to be, at least for a couple uses, but some stuff from places like Homier is the lowest of the low, doesn't even work once.

Harbor Freight has two trim routers, one that's poorly rated and one that's better. I wonder which is the equivalent here.

I don't doubt there's worst. You might be right...
But, you may also be wrong, it may be just as "good" as Hf, we will see.
Just got to wait a bit for it to arrive.
How much stuff from ebay/china have you received that found its way into your trash bin eventually and how much have you kept?,
Same situation here.
Ill post close up pics of the stuff.

Some ones got to scout out the situation Dammit ! :p

Don't know, But ,ill let ya know with the one I get.
At HF Both versions have the same Rpm and same Amp usage and 1 of the 2 is 45.4 grams lighter ... the sticker maybe ?;} the one I bought seems to have the same specs as HF. Its HF come onnnn this stuff isnt Craftman or even Husky / Kobolt. You don't take HF to the job you burn it up in your house using it for things you shouldn't:evil: like turning the trimm router into your personally modified magarita mixer with unique magic bullet blender adaption.

I have no idea what this means.

Ill help ya np..
The example I gave was one of a general ebay purchase.
Where some, one maybe yourself may have purchased something from China through ebay.
You like myself (id imagine) wouldn't have high hopes for that item lasting long.
But you purchased it anyway due to whatever factors enticed you, like PRICE.

Its cheap looks good so you buy it.

It was Me Sharing with you my perspective on "Why" I bought it. Nothing more.
hope that helps.

Seems they shipp out items from some a central warehouse to all there smaller division outlet stores and that happens about every 2 weeks or so, then the smaller stores shipp it out to your home, IF home delivery was chosen.
If you choose pick up at the local store then it would take less time.
Dont rush out to buy it. Just wait till mine arrives you'll get pics and find out if its worth the wait time or not.

time will tell.

Ironically the Harbor Freight and Lumber Liquidators are in the same building in Evansville IN. Pretty sure that is just a coincidence.

I wonder if the cut off wheels are 10 piece as shown in the pictures, or if they are actually just one wheel.

Cal-Hawk falls into this category as well. Their stuff is sold at the local "bottom feeder" store. This store buys out other stores excess and selling it. Only place i have ever seen the brand sold.:dunno:

I didn't specify it was a Complete HF replacement, they seem to be in the Wood orientated business hence forth there name , But noticing they had similar tools, I figured id share my findings.
Your correct , No automotive tools that I see.

I can't agree about Homier. The Speedway 1/2" breaker bar I bought many years ago has been my go-to for years - way more stout than the flimsy HF bar that scared the heck out of me everytime (but never broke!!!). And I still use all the time the mover's dolly I bought from Homier when I moved in '06. I broke the fiberglass handle of the sledgehammer the second time I used it (handle instead of the head hit the concrete I was busting up - my fault) and Homier sent me a new one after I faxed them a copy of the two month old receipt. I still use that old sledge, too. I also still use some of the 25' tape measures I bought for 25 cents a piece over 10 years ago.

I ordered some of the flap disks the hose reel and the 2" chip brushes for store pick up, got a call from the store within 15 minutes from the store to let me know that he had to order some of the stuff and would call me as soon as it came in.

I have tried just about every brand flap disk and they all get chewed up quickly so even if these **** (in the bad way) I'll still be ahead at the price.

Something wrong with the LL site

4.5" flap discs show "as low as .48 each"
Click on the product and it comes up as .95e. on the detail page

Almost everything I looked at was double the "as low as" price when I tried to order..

Anyone else seeing this?

Maybe my searching skills are bad, but it seems as if they have corrected some pricing. Example. Hose Reel is now $40. Trim Router is now $18.95

Air hose is now $40.95

Did I do something wrong? For $20 it is worth trying, but not sure at 40

I had five items picked out last night.

They have all doubled in price in twelve hours time .

Snooze and lose I suppose .

On the flip side , I've gone 46 years without those items , I can go a little longer if need be .

Yes, the prices have changed since yesterday. I guess their influx of orders prompted them to raise the price. Supply and demand.

Anyone that has ordered online, have you received any sort of "ready for pick up" email? I'm trying to understand how to know when to go get my items. the order confirmation email says call the store to confirm items are ready for pick up. Do we really need to call them to check in???
