Hard handle question...

Not to beat a dead horse, but I'm looking to replace a couple 1/4" Snap-On ratchet handles. I have done many 1/2" ratchets with sdd5/6 handles, many 3/8" ratchets with sdd2 handles, but can't find a handle (thats available) for my 1/4" ratchets...

What have you guys used? Pictures compared to the factory handle?

sdd6 works mint on 1/2" ratchets...

sdd2 works mint on 3/8" ratchets...

The only one that I have found that is real close is the t10, non-micro. The t15 is slightly large...

Would the handle for a #1 phillips work? I think that is the same size as your Torx.

I use the SDD8R for 1/2", SDD5R for 3/8", and SDD2R for 1/4".

Yeah I see that a lot of guys do that. In my opinion those are too big. The sdd6 is the same size as the 1/2" ratchet, same for the sdd2 and 3/8" ratchet. I am looking for what hard handle is the same size as the 1/4" ratchet hard handle.

Anyone use anything other than sdd2 on 1/4" ratchets?

I bought a bunch of these. I'm not sure that's the exact one though. One of the sizes is a perfect match to the original hard handle on 1/4" ratchets.

I did the 2R2 on my 1/4 and like it. I think the 2R1 might be smaller though. Not sure.

I believe the 2R2 and the 2R1 are the same size overall, just with different shank hole sizes.

Screwdriver is a T10, which isn't perfect but it's pretty close.

Yeah thats the same thing I pictured up top. Looks good to me, just have to find a green one now

Yes they do. At least my dealer said they're available... sdd1
