Greetings...
I work for a medical device manufacturer and they were outsourcing a process. In doing so, they were removing a piece of equipment that was installed but never ever operated. Part of that process equipment was a Bishamon LX200 lift. Well...3 people expressed interest in it and names were placed in a hat and I was selected during the drawing!!!
I brought my trailer in and loaded it with some of my friends and just installed it in my garage. Now I can work on my Harley and any other large equipment at ease. Best part is...it was free and is literally brand new; never used. It was installed but never used. I merely had to sign a liability waiver.
The lift is 45.5" wide x 81" long and will support 4400 pounds. It will raise to about 39" or so.

Look at it this way, if I take that lift off your hands, you'll have floor space for that future CL wood lathe.
