Hard wiring a 2 speed fan

This is my old faithful exhaust fan for my small parts paint room.
I dropped it and the on /off/speed switch disintegrated.
The question is how to I bypass the switch and just hardwire it?
The power cord plugs in separately so the wires shown 1 x black 1 x red and 1 x blue and 1 x grey all were attached to the speed control/ on / off switch.

Pics of the switch would probably help too, even if its just parts. The connectivity is important and when you replicate that function will be restored. Assume 120vac 1 phase...
