I recently installed 3/4" white oak in what will soon be my baby's room and cannot find anybody to sand and finish it till October or November. So i have been researching methods to do this myself. First does anybody have any recommendations or experience with these style of sanders http://www.clarkeus.com/products/sanders/ez-sandmodel.aspx.
Then after sanding what is recommended for floor sealing and finish products. I will not be staining we want the natural look of the oak. What are the proper methods and tools for sanding and prepping in between coats. As always thanks in advance guys,

That machine looks a lot better than the old drum sanders that I have used. After the drum sander I used a floor buffer with finer grit paper/mesh to do the final sanding. On our floor (also oak) we had to stain it due to the damage of the previous 30 years of renters. We used all minwax products. Not sure but you may want to put a sanding sealer down first, maybe even several coats with a light sanding in between then use a good gloss polyurethane. Again sand in between each coat and 3-4 coats. This will take you a good week or so but you will have a nice solid floor when done.
