I saw a set of "Harley Wrenches". These were in a bag, about 4-6 inches in length, like a straight hex bar but about an inch down there is a joint. This allows one to use it like a breaker bar or a screw driver or put a ratchet on it and use it like a bit.

Does anybody know who makes this tool?? It is the first Allen head improvement I have seen in years

HexPro would be the original. If not under their name, perhaps sold under the Motion Pro brand.
....or one of the knock-offs like the Titan brand one....although I highly doubt that's the one in the Harley kit.:
