I have to move 5-7 to the freezer this coming weekend. My wife wanted to do it this just past weekend but i sliced my thumb down the outside like you were skinning a carrot. Big ol' curl of skin came off. So it's currently immobilized wrapped in gauze and electrical tape. Life is hard without a thumb 🤣

If you ever think you’re not doing enough just read the past few pages of your thread here.

Lots of great pics and doings for sure. Your new buggy looks amazing and looks like it will be fun to drive too. Shed is looking good too.

How about just a big piece of thin gauge aluminum for your buggy roof? I have a couple pieces just sitting in storage so wish you were closer.

Here’s to a great summer and I’ll try to check in often to make sure you’re still kickin and eating well.

I filled in the ditch out front this morning, it is way too deep and impossible to mow. I'm at the top of the hill and not much water can even make it to the ditch so I fixed it!

It was so deep that the deck would bottom out on the asphalt.

Pat has been very sick for the past 10 days, coughing, probably URI, she wanted to go to the grocery store today so I took her to Logans for lunch and three stores, she did too much but she had fun and that's makes me happy.
Back when I was building the dog box for Josh, a hot BB from the mig Welder fused to my wedding ring through a hole in my glove,

I was able to put my ring back on today!

Did the other half of the ditch yesterday, now I can mow the whole road front.
Found some cabinets on marketplace for a deal, so we bought them for the back porch, they are gray, so I will have to spray them white.
I worked on the hobit house this morning, Kayla wants to use it as a rock shop/craft room, so I wired in lights and outlets, had an old Lyon Metal work bench and a couple of chairs that we put out there, she is going to paint the walls.
Then I got to work on my shed for a bit.

Josh cleaned out his barn and gave me half a trailer load of old barn wood, so I stripped the side of the container.

I had purchased the metal for this project, pre-covid so It's nice to finally start getting some of these projects finished.

For an old machine crate and some paletts it's looking pretty good.

I like the way the ceiling came out.

Kirk, I'm going to build a quail cage and hang it on that wall, the seam will be behind the cage so I didn't alternate them.
Thanks Jay, I do get lucky some times, LaserJay wants some guinea fowl, so I told him I had him covered, my Doctor just asked me if I needed some guineas, she is hatching some and offered them to me. It's great when a plan comes together.

I insulated the shed today, started taking some more pallets apart until it got too hot. Believe it or not the smoke from Canada is here they say, the air quality index was 100 today, that's unhealthy for seniors and sensitive people, I couldn't figure out why I struggled all day to move and breath, until I came in and watched the news!

I was looking for something to make some trellises for my cucumbers, and I remembered those thermal lances my bil gave me last year.

So I dug out nine of them and I cut the wires out and started cleaning the ends.

They came apart fairly easily, then I got a call and had to go to greasy creek to help a friend. Guess I'll finish tomorrow!

I have been busy doing adult things, not fun.
I did get back to work on the shed today, I took four more pallets apart and got about half way down the wall in the shed. The quail are starting to fly so I need to get my **** in gear or they will be very difficult to handle soon.
Mason came over for a visit, then wanted a ride home.

He's about 110 lbs baby!
Going to get more pallets tomorrow.
