I blew the blade belt on my ztr friday and the drive belt on my lawn tractor Saturday so I went to tractor supply this morning and they had the drive belt, then I had to go to Ag Pro and get the blade belt.

Ag Pro used to be Homestead John Deere, I got luckey, they had one belt in stock.
It took about 15 minutes to put that belt on.

This one is actually a JD LT133, the stock hoods are junk when they crack the crack will not stop, I have replaced it twice so I built a steel hood for it, the drive belt took about two hours to install, I had to remove the deck, the steering arms, and most of the brackets/pullys that are underneath. It was a royal pain but it is done also.
Hopefully tomorrow will be cabin day. 🤞

No word on the cabin,
I spent the day in the office, I had monthly reports to file plus a bunch of other stuff.
Dude borrowed my lawn tractor and spray rig, I had him bring his chain saw back and drop a limb that was facing where the cabin is going.

I'll haul it out tomorrow.
Haven't felt well today, I'm going to call it and go in.
Maybe tomorrow will be more productive.

From my chair it looks like you’ve been pretty busy getting stuff done and going to parties and meetings and eating lots of deep fried foods and desserts. I’m not saying that’s why you feel bad but rest and a few more veggies might help.

Get well soon cause still lots on your big to do list to get round to

Drives, I think you may be right. You need to start a cooking page to teach guys like me how to eat right. Theres always talk of eating right but I'm lost when it comes to execution.
Willy, I would take the whole tree out to make room for the cabin but Pat has other ideas so it stays for now.

I cut out sugar, bread, and processed foods about a month and a half ago. I have dropped almost 50 pounds, am sleeping better, and don't nearly pass out when I put on my shoes. I need smaller pants though.

Dang Terry, wish you would have stopped by.
It's getting real interesting around here.

If we had been going directly from Pigeon Forge to Goodlettesville, I would have convinced the wife that Cleveland was on our way.
We had to go to Powell after PF.
That added a lot of real estate in the way.
Hopefully next time.

Willy, I have tried that, no bread, pasta, sugar, and drank nothing but water for a couple of years. Didnt loose a pound. When they operated on my neck I couldn't eat at all and I lost 25 lbs. At 320 I need to do something.
Terry, I understand that, it will happen some day. When I get the cabin finished you can have a place to actually stay at. A destination!

The problem with the diet is that almost everything has sugar in it under different names.
Screenshot_20220505-134812_Samsung Notes.jpg
I found that list about 3 weeks into my diet. He says don't eat fruit either, but I could live on fruit.

I do drink about 2 gallons of water a day, but I sweat horribly when I am working l, even in the winter.

I cut my beer back to one a week. Whiskey is a different story though, but it has no sugar.

Jim: I’d never tell a good guy like you not to eat fried foods, pies, pear wine or whatever so you do you. I did start a get healthy (started as weight loss) thread in free parking we need more guys posting on cause we all need support. Try smaller plates of food and maybe eating only one piece of pie instead of two or the whole pie at a sitting was always my issue that might help you. Another thing that has kept me around the same weight for years is I refuse to buy bigger pants and shirts. When they fit too snug I eat a bit healthier and try to exercise more. When I thought about starting the weight loss (get healthy) thread I was about 255 and had just carried a shall drill press from small garage to big shop and almost had a heart attack. I must have leaned on bench for 15 minutes or longer trying to breath. Started thread at 235 feeling a bit better about 7 years ago and got down to 215 but felt hungry too often so 225 is summer weight (I’m 6’3) and 232 today at end of drizzle season ready for spring summer outside stuff. You do you and we’d all like you to feel better and stick around a few more years.

MB: really hard to eliminate sugar but eliminating the EXTRA SUGAR is doable and congrats on your new plan cause sounds like it’s working.

Jim: extra housing for guests sounded like fun so best of luck with setting up the cabin

Lucky break, they loaded the building backwards from what we had decided last October. The trailer is hydraulic and it retracted to half of its length, this allowed him to pull out on the other side of my shop. So basically he pulled straight in dropped the building and pulled straight out. He was very happy.
20220505_165607.jpg
The tail board was hydraulic and he was able to shift the end of building a little to the left.
He put it exactly on the Mark's I put on the ground.
20220505_165621.jpg
This little scooter had enough power to lift the end of the building so they could place the blocks under it.

It only took them about an hour to set it, clean up and leave. They were very professional and polite.

Yep, we think it's cool also.

Kay, it's my Sons fault, he came to visit last year and they stayed at a site that rented these over by look out mountain. We thought it was a better solution than the camper. So next visit my grandsons will be at my place not a rental!

Don, I heard about your internet woes, I have ATT also so I know what you were going through. Welcome back.

It is an empty box it will need everything, I'm planning on moving the water and electric from the camper to the cabin, the cabin is about 20' closer so I can move them easy enough. Pat is shopping for fixtures, flooring, and such. I plan on finishing the projects that I have started before I get too deep into this one.

Holy cow Jim, with all the talk of weight loss and diet, then seeing the signs stating oversize load, I mistook it at first glance as a new closet filled with new larger clothes! o_O
;)

Pat and I were talking about finally getting the cabin on site and the fence could be put back up, and we could start knocking little things off of the todo list. She mentioned some led lights that I bought for her over a year ago!!! I forgot. So I went to the shop and found them.
20220506_122943.jpg
I bought a bag of these clips when I bought the lights.
20220506_122948.jpg
So I got busy gluing the clips to the top rail in the gazebo.
20220506_123003.jpg
I'll let them set until tomorrow then I'll add the lights.

I wanted a bigger gate on the side yard so I can get my zero turn mower through it, it will make it easier to get to Robs yard. He is almost 80 and I help him mow. I dont really like driving the zero turn on the road, its a big target.
I replaced the top and bottom rails on the gate they were rotted, they are the same size as the top rail on the fence and I had some extras.
I installed a couple of new corner posts while dodging rain.
