Include me in that group that struggles getting to the finish line once I accomplish “almost there”.
Jim, that sounds like a full day!

Jay it was a long day, typically this time of year Masonry slows way down because of the holidays but that dosnt seem to be the case this year, I have three degrees, two stated meetings, officer elections, and then officer installations to go to between now and the 18th

I did manage to cut 136' of face trim to size and get the primer coat on it.

I started this earlier today, it said it was going to quit working if I didnt update it, the other one updated to 11, I'm hoping that's what's going on here, it's been four hours!

I polished the shiney shoe so that it dosnt damage the leather.
I sent it to powder coat so the finish would be durable.
Dalton asked what color I wanted, I said surprise me!

great skills on the porch redo and the Chrismas presents too. I wish I knew a horse stable to grab a box of shoes for you and hope you find some or somebody else does cause it's easier to do stuff if you have inventory.

did your laptop ever finish it's update? I lost a laptop when I updated from 8 to 10 years ago. my favorite one was XP but of course even though it still would work great for my needs it wasn't getting updates and would be full of viruses in no time. good luck!!

I'm missing working on all the smaller projects around here while I'm focused on the El camino and the coe but I'll enjoy watching you do the work for me for a while. I'm fighting a few rain drops around here for a change too.

Merry Christmas
Don

Don I'm hoping to finish up some of this construction work by the first of the year and get back to my shop. I was looking around at all of the projects waiting on me and I'm really missing it. I love the coe project, Im watching it close, if I ever get around to it I have an 80s Peterbuilt conventional that wants to be a pickup, maybe!
I hope you and Ann have a wonderful Christmas, my friend.

Wow, thank you all for that,
I'm on the better side of it now,
It's making the rounds here, almost everyone has had it or they have it now.
still winded but doing ok!
I'm still upset that those pigs got away.
I'm going to get back to it on the back porch, I need to be done by this weekend!
I hope everyone here has a Merry Christmas,
I love you all.

I know better than to try to catch them, at my age that wouldn't be pretty! Lol.
I went and got a metal bucket with corn in it and there is an empty barn at Josh's place that would hold them. We have caught animals before and if the owner cant be found we figure out what to do next.
They had been wandering for a while when they showed up here, a neighbor up the road said they had been in a field up his way last week.
Hopefully they went home.
