I placed my latest order Thursday night. I got an immediate confirmation email for the order and a 2nd email Friday with a tracking number. Did you make an account or check out as a guest? I have an acccount, I don’t know if that makes a difference.

My experience has been the same. You get an automated email to confirm the order and one when it ships. Could the emails be getting caught in your spam filter? Shoot them an email or call. They have always been very responsive.

epstein hardware is not your typical online retailer. if you have not been to the store it is impossible to fathom what it is and how it works. even after you have been there you are even more amazed.

they may not be perfect but they will make it right if there is a problem. first order of business is to pick up the phone and verify what is actually happening. ask for jori and i an positive you will find answers to your question.

I checked out as a guest, but I still had to enter an e-mail address.

THIS WAS IT! (They were in spam filter) I am a dingle berry. :Freak:

I edited the title in hopes that if anyone comes across this thread, their decision to purchase from them is not negatively affected.

I have never had a problem with them communication by email, they may not be the fastest at getting back to you, but usually within a working day, they have always been very good at fixing any problems that have occurred also.

Yeah, I was able to figure out the email thing; they were in my spam folder.

How long do you guys usually wait before your order is shipped?
