Well, now I need to go measure my largest pry bar!
I'll stick with just plain white bread, thank you very much, maybe with a glass of water for dippin'.
(I quit Pepsi about 15 years ago and never drank coffee.)

It is crazy to me the time they put into packaging every box. I always get scared when I am opening my boxes that I am going to miss something lol!

Couple of years back I bought one of the 50-ft extension cords for my son-in-law. Unbeknownst to me they had hidden something in the center of the coil of wire. I checked my order twice and didn't think to look inside the wire. Found it before I gave it to him though

Received my order today. Box art is a “white Jeep Gladiator climbing a mountain” - how cool!! Can’t believe they do that.

I had to straighten out each piece of brown packing paper looking for a Felo bit holder socket. Yes, it fell out from one of the last pieces of paper.
Outstanding Box Art this year!!! The Epstein's crew definitely went the extra mile this year

Just a quick update. Vessel and Wilde have both shipped out this week so hopefully Friday (but probably Monday) we'll get them in and be able to fill a bunch of backorders.

Had a very large box waiting for me when I got home today. The wrapping department went hard this year, color me impressed.

I had the exact same thing happen to me when I bought a couple Vessel Impact Bit Holders. I just stumbled through opening the package not thinking, and it took me straightening out an "unusually" heavy piece of paper when I found my error! I absolutely love the packaging and I can honestly say I've never had a broken item from Epstein's. I can't say the same about other places...
Wasn't an Epstein's day order. But a couple days later...
Was surprised with the $5 mystery box item!
1944 emergency date code extension cleaned up nice. Snuck it on the Snap-On truck and asked my driver if they had a new line of vintage looking tools

My wife stopped by the post office today and sent me this picture. I am self appointing myself the box art winner.
The request was:
"Ozzy Osbourne driving a Jeep Comanche with a American Staffordshire Terrier in the passenger seat. It would be cool if they were jumping a canyon and Ozzy was throwing up the devil horns."
This is going on my wall. It means even more given recent events. I can't thank you enough for this.

Got my order #19610 in on Tuesday. As always it was packaged really nicely, especially given the wide variety of stuff in the box, broom included. They did however send two 32mm sockets and a 7/64" drill bit by accident instead of a 17/64" and 30mm socket. They are sending the correct items though and taking care of it. Awesome customer service as always. Also, there's a Channellock shirt under the Epsteins shirt.

I didn't have it in me to make trophies this year (partially because they're getting harder to find at thrift store) but instead I enclosed some nice tool giveaways (mostly Felo) for the winner's of this years contests which are:
Best Box Art Request: W. Liden
"This past Saturday I was turning over my compost pile with a pitch fork when I found a box turtle buried in the compost. I picked her up to make sure I hadn't hurt her, and while I was looking at her, something hit me in the head, and then something else hit me in the arm. I soon realized that there were at least 20 yellow jackets swarming around me because I had disturbed their nest which was also buried in the compost pile. One of the yellow jackets managed to sting me on my upper lip before I took off running across my back yard, turtle still in hand.... I would like some box art to commemorate this "exciting" event in my life."

Lee Ludden was very generous to donate a $100 gift certificate in honor of his father who was a lifelong craftsman and I decided that E. Delio should get the prize this year. I'm getting married on the 9th and have been working on playing a small set and will work in a song inspired by this, so congratulations to all the winners! Best grouping of HJE Day poems so far!
(PS. We're still waiting on those Vessel water key screwdrivers but the wilde pull scrapers arrived so that freed up a bunch of orders.)

Jori, I didn't get in on the event this year as I was in the hospital dealing with my own cancer battle (sorry and going to miss your father). Do you still have some of the shirts left?
I know I wanted to place an order (getting some tools for my niece) and was going to do the box art of you two from your Youtube video's.
One of these days (especially if I can go without my walker), I want to bring her down there.

I got my shipment today.
I bought a few basic tools including a micro pry bar, heavy duty scratch awl, roll pin punch and a couple of cleaning brushes. All of it is good stuff but I thought I’d share my box art since I’ve never got that before. My art request was around my bike/man cave.
Result? Perfect.

Finally got home and had a chance to open a pretty big box from HJE. Really excited, it's fun to be able to order such a wide variety of tools. Pic of the haul and then some zoomed in pics below.

Left side:
Inspection mirrors, adjustable wrench, tweezers, bits, clip removers, knives, and some Vessel ball end hex drivers.
I'd actually ordered a couple of these Vessel drivers before and wasn't thrilled with them, but I found them to be super nice on deeper SHCS - for shallower stuff they're too aggressively tapered but on deeper set screw or SHCS they are quite nice.
Middle:
Assorted saw blades and cutting wheels.
Ullman bit holders - shocked by how much better these are than the cheap ones.
Koozies, feeler gauges, bottle opener, ballistol, and a very little pair of Wilde pliers.
Side note - big thanks to the folks packing this for labeling the sharp stuff!
Right side:
Gloves, small hammer, and some Torx / hex L keys. I actually didn't have any SAE hex anything - I don't think these will see much use but at least I've got a decent set of Bondhus keys for the rare instance that I need them.
