My wife bought a Hart 20v impact driver this past January. Somehow or another, the snap ring that holds the collet on dislodged and the collet and the springs and washers fell out onto the floor. She must not have got all the parts; we can't get it to work properly (won't hold the hex bits in).
Does anyone know a knowledgeable person in the industry that can show me a diagram and the parts needed to fix it?
I've already called gardnerinc.com and looked on their website. My model # doesn't show up.
Thanks for any advice! And no, I had nothing to do with her buying a Hart product. I would have told her to buy Milwaukee, but she didn't ask!
