Anyone know anything about Hart power tools? They have popped up at the local Walmart. I haven't heard of them before, unless it's the same company that makes hammers. They are owned by TTI. Curious where on the spectrum their quality lies, are they like Hypertough or Black and Decker, or maybe somewhere around modern PorterCable?
