No longer in production, you found a set, too pricey for me, though I'd like to have the set, I work as a hydraulic systems mechanic in the airline industry, they would be very useful. Our tool room has some of these.

I still like having them though, cause you just never know, someday there may be a one time use they will save the day for me. Snap on makes something sort of similar, but they arnt quite like that. I saw one on the truck and asked about it and he told me he has only sold 1-2 of them in his entire time on the truck route. Id never seen these before this either.

Now, ya gotta figure, these things are crowsfeet built like ratcheting wrenches, and ratcheting wrenches tend to cost more than traditional wrenches. Supply and Demand: Id bet the markup on these is a fraction of the mark up on traditional crowsfeet.
I really dont see what I would use one of these for, other than maybe on a breaker bar as a sort of "indexing" ratcheting wrench. Any Ideas?

The close-up of the Proto in the ad shows it labeled "TAC" as was mentioned.

The set I have are between about 1/2"-1" I think the reason I have never found a use for them is their size always seemed a bit bulky for my liking.
