I'm curious because they have a Power Probe 3 kit (PP3LS01) thats $137 with free shipping and it seems like a sweet deal.
Has anybody here bought anything from "eToolDirect"?

They sell on ebay too. I emailed them and they replied quickly. I plan to order a pliers rack and some Hansens from them soon.
I bought an air ratchet from them. It arrived in two days. Unfortunately it was the wrong model (1/4" drive instead of 3/8" drive), but it was an easy mistake to make. I'd order from them again, but usually tooltopia has slightly better prices.

Does anybody know if Tooltopia is faster shipping wise?

I have ordered from "etooldirect" a couple times. One time I had trouble with their website as far as confirming orders. Woman on phone was very polite and apologized for the trouble. Shipping prompt and no real issues.

ToolTopia has pretty mixed reviews on ResellerRatings.com....I don't have any personal experience with them, but I would be wary.

I ordered a few times from ToolTopia website directly and some thru the amazon payment gateway. No problems at all in my case, tools arrived on time. Maybe 3 or 4 orders all in all.
No experience with eToolDirect yet and looking forward to hear more comments.
tooltopia is reputable; they ship quickly and they stock a lot- they've got to be one of the top tool places. The first time I received a defective item from them (not their fault) it took several weeks to get a replacement on the way. The second issue I had (again, not their fault) was resolved much quicker; I'm not sure if that means they're improving their cust svc or if the first issue I had slipped thru the cracks. I would recommend them

I've purchased from both, but tooltopia gets most of my e-business these days. Spent thousands of dollars with them, probably will spend thousands more. Just bought another Armstrong locking flex ratchet from them today. They took care of an issue I had a while back that wasn't even really there fault or problem, but wanted to make it right.

ToolTopia has been outstanding in my experience. I have ordered quite a few times from them and they are my first choice in online tool purchases. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I just kept it. I needed it that weekend. The only difference between what they shipped me and what I ordered was a 1/4" drive instead of 3/8". The price was almost the same. I didn't want to bother sending it back.
I have bought some tools from etooldirect and they always seem to ship my items the same day, Most recently I bought the fluke 115 meter and also bought the power probe 3. All items worked great and seemed to be the best price around. They also have a bunch of coupons that helped me save a few dollars. If interested I think the code GRAND saved $10 on my order. I have bought several times from them and everything I have bought was shipped quickly and correctly. I would recommend them.
I just placed an order from them for plier racks and they showed up very quickly. I like tooltopia, too. I would have no problem ordering from etooldirect again.
