Has anyone ever considered a tool swap thread?

Man, I wished I had some good stuff to trade. This seems like a good way for someone to complete an incomplete set of tools they may have.

As for myself, I've only recently joined, but I'm finding myself spending more time here than any other board I visit.

Its addicting. Ill be doing homework (as I am now) and this site will be in the bottom tray.

Ive been on this board long enough to know that there are only a few frequent posters who Id be reluctant to deal with. I have seen a bunch of people on other boards for a few years and I feel I can trust them with 20$ worth of stuff.

The family has been here in the southeast since the mid 1700's, so I think I'm safe to call myself 'Murican.

Did this ever happen? I have a ton of extra sockets, wrenches etc.. and missing a few.. I would even be happy trading mulitples of my duplicates for singles of the ones I am missing (of course everyone is prob missing the same ones right? )

If we don't do it here, does anyone know of another site to trade? Most of my tools are Crapsman.

I would say look at the classified section. That seems to be where guys are selling their extra tools and what not.

I tried a couple of swap threads. It seemed that people wanted to send me money instead of swapping.
