Has anyone every reached a human at JB Tool sales?

Made an order through Wally world.com Sold by "JB Tool Sales"
I get the wrong items. I contact them and I get ONE email back saying:

I've tried multiple times to reach them through their listed phone # on Walmart.com. And also have called Walmart's customer service and they have connected me to JB Tools where I get their voice mail message every damn time.
They have now strung me out to the end of the return period.

Call your credit card company. They will help you out. They have secret phone numbers and can get a 3 way phone conversation.

Never had a problem with JB tool sales. The tiny problem I did have Susan handled very well. I consider them to be one of the best on-line tool vendors.

Have you tried responding to their email? Did they not send you a return tag? Have you checked your spam filters?

I hate to say it, but telephones are 20th century, and we're well into the 21st. Try email.
