Has anyone got their refund from Wesco tools?

I placed one order for $63 during the Wesco tools pricing error. Of course, I got an email cancellation.

I emailed them and they replied that a refund was issued on the 10th, but now 3 business days later I haven't seen it yet on my card. I called the credit card company and they said it could take up to 30 days, depending on the card issuing bank.

So, has anyone else got their refunds yet? I'm going to wait until next week, then I'll probably initiate a charge back.

I would give it 10 days from the date that they said they issued a credit. If you dont see a credit by then, initiate a dispute. The credit card companies almost always side with the cardholder.

Mine never progressed from an authorization and has since disappeared from my transactions list.

My refunds were issued Dec 10 and Paypal held them until today.

I figured I would have more protection using a credit card, but evidently it is slower than paypal.

At least it's a good sign that others are getting their refunds. I'll hold tight and see what happens.

I double-bagged it with a Visa thru paypal, didn't have to look for my wallet and I figured it was better protection.

I ordered on their page through Paypal. They issued a refund last Friday and Paypal finally got my funds to me today. Odd how they can instantly take money yet it takes 3-5 days for Paypal to give your money back.

At a previous job when I worked the customer counter we had to tell customers that it may take up to 30 days for the credit to show up in their account even when we were running their card through the machine. Most likley it is your credit card company causing the delay if the vendor has issued the credit. I find it quite amazing that since they started the whole check 21 system that my mortgage company can electroincally cash my check the day they get it, but if I get a check from out of state my bank puts a 3 day hold on the money.
