The answer is yes, but what do you want to do on this counter top or whatever? That's what really matters.

I'm in process with mine. I already had the 38"x48" top mounted on a very light weight frame. I use it as a work surface when doing lathe projects. I plan on moving my mechanic tools from an older CM top/bottom box as it is bursting at the seams and doesn't have ball bearing drawers. The main frame is complete, I still have to add a handle and paint.

I have a 24x70x.25 piece of steel with a custom frame. I absolutely love it.

What does everyone think about doing this but with two back to back (two boxes in the enclosure)
