I have designed things like that for clients. Custom build outs for retail stores in the high end cosmetics field.

That is a nice design.

You might be better-off fabricating your own rails from lengths of tubular materials, and the bungs too. The bungs might better be made from solid round stock.

Food grade or medical industry, both stainless....kind of one in the same in the big picture.

I have something similar, made from heavy wire instead of stainless sheets. We use them for store displays, and they usually hit the scrap bin when they come back from the store.
