can't find an edco and I've read they're hardly the best, but the local rental house has a target brand, never heard of them?

Phil:

I don't think the brand matters as much as the tooling.
Just make sure the tooling is appropriate for coatings preparation.

If you have coatings to take off make sure you tell them as they may have an alternate tool as Edco does.
