I’m in the market for a steel building garage for hobby car use. I’m in CT and plan to level my current 32’w x 24’d rotting garage and put up a 40’x30’ steel building. I’ve had a phone call with IronBuilt Buildings. They tell me they are built in PA and say I could take a tour, which I may try and do. I’ve done a search here and seen 1 person who says they were ordering 1 in 2015, but had foundation issues and seemed to end there. I want to use them for their steel beam framing. So does anyone have experience with them?
They also seem to have a standard of 16’ walls. I was planning to do 2, 10’w x 12’h doors along the 40’ wall. I’m mainly working with cars and full size trucks. I plan for roll up doors. Any reason to go with a taller or wider door?
