It seems that it's new on the market. I found references to it under the name of Allied, Powerbuilt, and Kingtool.

I think the only thing new about this is that it is a lower end version released by Allied tool (the same people that make all of that Snap on labeled stuff you find every where but, on a Snap on truck). OTC and even Craftsman marketed versions of the same tool for years. I don't think they were real popular. At any rate, sometimes tools that you think would be a great multipurpose option, turn out to be turds instead.:wtf:
However, I recommend that you buy one, test it out, and publish your experiences here.:thumbup:
