Has anyone experienced delayed shipping from Haus of Tools? I had ordered a set of Snickers work pants as they had a pretty good price on them compared to anywhere else that I found online. I ordered in mid-September and my last correspondence with them almost 2 weeks ago was that they are waiting on an ETA from the manufacturer to get them shipped out. I was under the impression that they had them in stock already; I said ok I'm willing to wait a little longer and see if they got them in. Just wondering if they are just a middle man who drop ship stuff directly from the manufacturers? Or are they KC Tool or DRPD where they actually have inventory on hand? Thanks in advance.

My son ordered some tools from Haus of Tools. They took a long time (maybe 6-8 weeks?) to arrive but he did get them. They came in a Haus of Tools box FWIW. It was also communicated early on that there would be delays fulfilling the order.
There's a relatively small line of text in pale green that says "Extended Handling May Be Required" on the items they don't have on hand. I overlooked it when I was ordering from them as well.
Edit: I'll add that my order was for a Bondhus set. I received a shipping notice exactly a week after the order confirmation and it arrived two days later. I was confused when it didn't ship right away, but overall it was no big deal.

I ordered from them early on, didn't see the extended shipping warning but maybe it wasn't implemented yet. About half my order shipped pretty quick and arrived in their packaging. I wasn't getting any updates about the items that didn't ship so after a few weeks I reached out and they gave me the option to wait or get a refund. The communication was fine after I reached out but I probably wouldn't order from them again due to the uncertainty of stock and lack of updates.
