Buying a house built in 2011 and that has a 3-car 630 Sq Ft garage I plan on coating before I move anything into it.
1) Been back and forth on flecks vs no flecks and decided to go with flecks. The attached picture I pulled from the ArmorPoxy website is Armorclad Gray with white/blue/black flecks and is the look I'm going for. How much flecks do I need for this project? I see YouTube videos where they just throw the flecks down heavy and brush when dry, not looking to do a heavy broadcast.
2) I have decided to go with ArmorUltra that is offered in LT/Med/DK Gray while the Armorclad is offered in Gray. What shade of ArmorUltra gray matches the Armorclad Gray in the attached picture?
3) I plan to put down the ArmorUltra primer, will two ArmorUltra 1.5 Gal kits that provide coverage for 175-300 sq ft per kit cover this 630 sq ft project? I read where you get 30% more coverage when priming first.
4) Here's an odd ball question will golf shoes work in place of the spike shoes, have a pair not used in many years. Discovered I sucked at golf.
Goal is to not over buy product and I don't really need the job on a pallet as I already have all the tools, rollers, mixers, etc. I would need for this job.
