Have A Plug Wrench, Now Who Made it

Was Given A Old Tool Box a handfull of Years ago, Buried in the Bottom was this what I've Been told is a Plug Wrench, it has Nine Knobs on it, now just wondering if anybody can figure out who made it based on the logos, have looked on the Internet but i could not find that looked like them, they are all on one side of the Handle.

It's automotive, for removing pipe plugs on transmissions and rear axles. Grease monkey's tool found in every gas station probably from the twenties into early sixties.
This is a tool like the most common 3-leg hub pullers that is hard to trace to a manufacturere...the same thing was sold in many different catalogs.
