Have a question on a new pour

I'm getting ready to have my addition poured next week & have a question that I've not seen answered on here. How do you insulate across the overhead door opening to the outer skirt? Do you still put in blueboard across the opening but not flush with the top? I don't want to have all that heat bleeding to the outside. Is it best to have the break under the door or just to the outside or inside of it? Any suggestions?

I have done two garages and run it just inside the door line. You can cover it with something afterwards, but if you just paint it with the floor you won't notice it
