Have any trouble with Snap On extensions not fitting onto ratchets?

I bought a lot of tools at the fleamarket the other day (posted the pictures in garage sale thread).

One of the things that was in that lot was an FXK3 SO 3/8" drive extension.

It's looks brand new, which I thought was odd when I got it. But after trying to put it on some ratchets (tried it on every ratchet I have, including SO, Wright, SK, and Proto, and I only managed to get it on one.) No wonder it looks new. No one could use it.

The one ratchet I did manage to get it onto was so tight, I'm surprised I didn't need a press to remove it.

Obviously this thing wasn't made correctly. I'd warranty it, but I've already warrantied one flea market SO item via email just recently.

Anyone else ever find a dud like this?

I have yet to see an tool being too TIGHT, but I do have a Snap On locking impact extension which falls off anything I put it on..... Ratchet, impact, whatever. I have to warranty it.
