My wife and I go to estate sales and garage sales all the time. I bought a bucket of garage "things" at half price for $3. I got several things, one of them was this old pluming screw driver device. I was wondering if anyone has ever seen it and can give me a clue as to how old it is?? I am just amazed at how nice it is!

One of the guys I work with has one similar, except it has no attachments, it has a red knob, and it's made for 1/4" hex bits.

That is a ratchetool I believe.. I don't think that it is "for" plumbing, but rather marketed as a promo?? I have a couple I gave to my brothers. As far as I know, they are just a ratcheting multitool. They also have the red knobs. :)

The plumbing Co. name was just for Promo. Those were also sold on the open market. I have one (Red handle, no promo on it) and it is mid 70's. They also made one with a 1/4" socket driver. Good little tools it as any multi driver somewhat limited. Handy for a desk drawer.

I have the Ratchet Socketool version of that still in the "trapper keeper" case it came in.
