Shoot, it's nice, has nice wheels, looks sturdy, needs some paint. If you tried to buy something that quality new you'd be looking at a boatload of money $1000. I think an offer of $80 would be fair at least.

yes it is a type of job box. I have a newer version to hold all my welding equipment. they are like a safe and if it has a lock on it like mine did and you don't have key offer $50 or be prepared for a struggle to get the thing open. They are designed to not open without key.. Very secure very heavy and for the right price good if you need it. I am not sure about yours but mine has two shelves on the left and 4 draws on the right. most are just a big open box which may not be very usefull?

New can range from $150-500

It's obvious he has a key or does not need one....shows a pic of it open.

But even at $100, a very good deal....chances are he would take $75....

If the wheels are good....that makes a great roll-around cabinet....

I don't know why you are asking us....you should be at his place buying it right now....

Go on...get off the computer....go buy it....then post pics later....you might earn a "You ****" award.

I would even pay the $100 asking price if I couldn't get him to lower it.
I'd have it in my garage already if it were near me.

I agree, that's a stout looking cart.

Yes, good deal. Hard to find these with sliding drawers or shelf space inside. I've sold several job-boxes in average condition, with no shelves or special features, and struggled to get $100 each.

Grab it!! :)

It looks like a millwright cart that they push all over the mil to fix machines. Looks like a nice cart for the price.

I have seen similar type cabinets used in banks, it looks to be a quality product, if you need it go for it, & offer less cash the worst the seller can do is say no.

Thats a small "job box"....like others,snag it.

But reason for post is that ya'll can find larger job boxes at VG prices. They can be re-configured into some pretty impressive shop workstations. It just seems to be a fairly large gap between these construction bxs and more conventional shop roll-arounds.The gap is in folks mindset......but when you look at material prices, and the sq ftg these bxs represent,well...just sayin.

I'd buy that baby in a heartbeat. It would be refinished in red and it would have all my tune up equipment in it at the ready.

Don't risk loosing it by offering less. It's easily worth twice what he's asking.

If you need it, I would buy it. But I would suggest in the future you only post a picture of the cabinet, not a link to the listing. Good way to get your deal scooped.
